“Might be one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in the US! I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort. The rooms were spacious, SO many mirrors especially in the bathroom and there was a ton on property. As well as a lot that is walking distance. If you are coming for a convention, this is a great location as there are sky bridges to the Orange County Convention Center. I thought the texting service to the front desk was nice as well. They were quick to respond! Although pricey and everything on site is pricey, I was very impressed with this stay.”
“I appreciate how management is very responsive, professional , and patient with guests. That is the main reason why I am giving a 5 instead of 4 star review . 1. When we arrived at the hotel after a very long drive two bellman were not very helpful. One told me to just take my luggage to my room myself . And the other one allowed our stuff to drag off the luggage cart . Being a Hyatt Explorist and having visited other Hyatt regency hotels I was not used to bellmen responding in this way , however , management was very understanding and accommodating. And after observing while staying here it just may be at this hotel that everyone takes their luggage themselves , but I assumed that a 4 star Hyatt regency would provide this service given that the bellmen are here, standing , and available . 2. I did not like food offering here . The Italian and sushi restaurants are only open for dinner. It would be nice if they were also open for other meals. 3. I enjoyed my spa experience . They had a facial holiday special . The environment was very soothing . The spa has a secluded outdoor whirlpool area and a lounge with adult coloring books and refreshments. Staff were friendly and helpful . There was a steam room but no sauna . 4. The regency club lounge was inconsistent with their policy . The first day they allowed three adults to enter ; the next they said only 2 adults and 2 kids are allowed to enter without paying an extra $15. Again management was accommodating and helpful which I sincerely appreciate. 5. They have a nice outdoor pool with waterfall and water slide 6. studio 2 queen beds suite was refreshing with an amazing view and it was worth using my Hyatt points to book it”
“This property is a standout choice for anyone visiting Orlando, perfectly positioned within walking distance or a short drive from Universal Studios and several major attractions. Whether you are here for leisure or business, the location is unbeatable. Accommodations & Amenities The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern updates that make for a very comfortable stay. Despite the hotel's impressive scale, the amenities feel well-integrated. The pool area is a highlight, offering something for everyone—from a relaxing waterfall and hot tub to a fun slide for the kids. Dining & Atmosphere The hotel offers a fantastic variety of on-site dining. I particularly enjoyed a great dining experience at Descend 21, which is a high-energy spot right on the property. Between the various bars and restaurants, there are plenty of high-quality options to choose from without ever needing to leave the grounds. Convention Center Access For those attending events at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), this is the premier place to stay. The two properties are connected by a convenient covered sky-bridge, which is a total lifesaver during Florida’s unpredictable rain showers. Bottom Line: An enormous, well-maintained hotel that balances resort luxury with logistical ease. Highly recommended for convention-goers and families alike.”
“I've stayed here for a week at a time for a conference over the last few years. The hotel is convenient with the conference located in the same building. Elevators are fast and do not require a long wait during busy day with conference attendees. Rooms are comfortable, clean and generally on good condition. Housekeeping staff was courteous and cared for my room first thing in the morning which made it helpful to spend that if day in room for work. However I saw housekeeping busy ask day and into evening. Housekeeping occurred everyday. Beds were clean with starched sheets. Outlets were ok for charging convenience. Plenty of closet and drawer space for my week long stay. Local dining amenities were ok, but super expensive ($9 ice cream bar!). Convenience is nice, but I found myself looking for other options in walking distance and there are some good options. Bathroom was nice. I liked the clock in the bathroom mirror. The room TV uses Google Chromecast to watch streaming services and worked fine. Hulu doesn't do well, but that's Hulu. There is a covered app ride pick-up/drop-off that is out of the way of guests arguing and departing. Convenient of you are often getting rides to nearby destinations.”
“I have never had a better experience at a hotel and I can give all the thanks in the world to Gokhan!! Every day he was consistently above and beyond nice and welcoming. The first night I arrived I sat alone at the sushi bar and he was so accommodating and even went and put in a reservation for me for the other restaurant for the next night. The next night he took amazing care of me and my Nana. I watched him managing both restaurants back and forth with ease. He was everything a manager should be and more. I was here surprising my Nana and he made our experience amazing. He even went out of his way to send us an amenity basket to our room. Let me not forget to mention our server at Fiorenzo, Jesus! He was so pleasant and took great care of us. The manager Carlos also checked on us multiple times and made us feel so welcome. Can not recommend this place enough! I actually never want to leave”
